We are Branislav and Monika.

We both left home young. I’m an artist and filmmaker. Monika spent most of her life traveling the world as a model. For years we kept moving. Countries changed. Cities changed. So did we. Looking back, maybe that’s why we became collectors. Not because we were searching for beautiful things, but because we were searching for something familiar. A chair worn by decades of use. A lamp that lit another family’s evenings. A record someone loved before we did. Objects that carried traces of the people who came before us. Sometimes I think objects remember. The people. The places. The passage of time. Out of that search came Unreturned. Italian design, espresso and analog sound became the language of that feeling.
